Welcome to the NHS London Procurement Partnership members’ e-sourcing portal

This is the procurement portal on which individual LPP members can promote, and suppliers can identify, business opportunities and contracts above and beyond those managed by LPP. It is provided for the benefit of our members - LPP provides the facility for members and suppliers but does not validate, manage or take responsibility for contracts listed by our members. Full contact and contract ownership details are provided in each listing.

The full sourcing process – every element from trust enquiries to the award of business - will be managed through this electronic service. It’s simple, transparent and makes sourcing easier for trusts and suppliers.

Whose contract notices are published here?

Any LPP NHS member can publish business opportunities on this portal. LPP’s collaborative opportunities on behalf of our members are also listed here but suppliers should note that opportunities listed by our members directly are managed and published independently of LPP. LPP does not validate any contract notices published on this portal. LPP uses the PROACTIS ProContract platform and system support.

Are all LPP members’ opportunities posted here?

Providing the portal facility enables our members to open up their opportunities as widely as possible, but LPP makes no guarantee that all opportunities are posted here. Suppliers should also review TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), the online version of the 'Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union', in which all public sector contracts must be published. How do suppliers access the portal to view opportunities?

Registering on the portal is free for all suppliers and gives access to opportunities from 100’s of organisations that use the ProContract platform. Once registered, suppliers will receive email updates on new contract opportunities to match their capabilities. To register as a supplier, please click on Supplier Registration above.

This portal helps our members individually and collaboratively to achieve better value from their buying, whilst providing suppliers with easier access to new business opportunities and contracts.
